Privacy notice

Information we collect

When you complete the Delivery Capacity Assessment we collect your name, work email, company name, the number of Business Analysts and active projects you enter, and the assumptions used to produce your estimate. We also record which delivery platform you use and whether you request a discovery call.

Why we collect it

We use this information to generate your capacity estimate, to send you a copy of the result, and to prepare for a discovery call if you request one. We may reference the figures you supplied during that conversation.

How it is stored

Assessment submissions are stored in our managed cloud database. Access is restricted to the Parity team. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Retention and removal

We keep assessment submissions while there is an active commercial conversation, and delete them on request. Email hello@parity.software to request a copy or deletion of your information.

Estimates

All figures produced by the assessment are illustrative capacity estimates based on the assumptions shown on screen. They are not guaranteed cost savings or financial advice.
